We came as a large family group and enjoyed a really lovely evening. The service was good, staff friendly and welcoming, and a small glitch in the food order was rectified without fuss and quickly. The food was really tasty, with everyone in the group of 10 adults enjoying their main meal and dessert. We would most certainly go there again!

Another tasty dinner at the F&S Majestic, but. The food is tasty, but a bit more professionalism would be nice. They have been open a while now and we welcome the addition of heating. (Those first few weeks were intense, but we stuck with it). But they don’t respond to emails. They STILL don’t have a wine licence, despite have said WEEKS ago that “we’ll have a licence next week”. (This time it was “1st of February”. We’ll see.) And is it TOO difficult to assign specific tables to each waitress? To avoid multiple requests of “Can I take your order.”

Came in for a meal with a group of friends after being recommended. The building superficially looks good but there is no central heating so outside of the restaurant the building is freezing which is not great for going to the toilet etc.
The food itself tasted pretty good but was very inconsistent. Ribs were either full of meat or had a few bits of fat on them.
Big platter was just served on a plastic dinner tray and massively bulked out with rice.
It's basically a kebab shop with fancy seats and tables that look OK to start with but are just cheap prints covered with laminate. Definitely not worth money. Seems like people equate expensive with good quality - it's fine but definitely not worth the price.
Also witnessed the (male) staff just berating one of the waitresses who was trying to stand her ground. Not what you want to see.
Wetherspoons round the corner is better value for money and much more consistent. 1 star hygiene review is also not really confidence inspiring.

A new restaurant, lovely interior very clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We had the full 3 courses, plenty of food choices on the menu. The food was amazing and generous portions. Very well priced and we will definitely be going back. We pre-booked our table just incase they were busy but it was a Sunday so a bit quieter. 👍

We were so looking forward to having a meal here and was excited to finally have a nice resterant to take family out to dinner when they visit. We ordered the mezze for two to share, we asked was there a lot of it and were told yes there is so much it will fill you both up, it was all on one dinner size plate, and tasted like it was all deep fried,. It cost £23 it was not worth half that price, it was horrible and barley enough for one person, my experience of Turkish food it's normally grilled thats what gives it that unique taste. So we we're very disappointed. The mains were OK but noting special. The manager who came to take our plates who is also the owner looked so untidy, noticed his shirt was so wrinkled and had ink stains on the chest pocket. We asked him why did he not iron his shirt he said, it doesn't matter, we said it really does matter it looks so untidy, he then said well I done have a woman to do it for me.... If that's the owners attitude to his appearance and attitude to woman let alone the horrible food we won't be going there again

Great experience all round, couldn't fault the service at all, and genuinely loved every dish we had.

What a lovely evening. Staff were friendly and attentive, atmosphere was lovely (a bit noisy at times but that didn't spoil our evening). Food was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back, thank you.

Great food, warm & comfortable surroundings and you get exactly what you pay for - it's not cheap, but it also won't break the bank AND you'll walk away full of food and satisfied 👏🏻

This restaurant is in the former NatWest building in Broad Street, March.
We loved the Mediterranean feel to the decor. The Manager, who waited table for us, was friendly and helpful.
This is a cavernous building and, not surprisingly at lunchtime on a chilly winter day, it took a while to start warming up. So if you go, dress accordingly.
But the food was excellent and portions the right size. Filling, but not ridiculous - very well judged.
Considering that everything is cooked to order, the speed of service was nothing to complain about. The Manager was on his own in the Front of House and did an excellent job. We didn't have to wait all that long.
Pricing is very reasonable and everything was well worth the money.
The toilets (which I always review) are modern and spotlessly clean. They are upstairs, but there is a disabled toilet at the bottom of the stairs.
March and the area desperately needs something like this place - a proper restaurant that won't blow the budget.
We were genuinely impressed and are looking forward to our next visit.

We went for a work meal late this afternoon. The building is lavishly decorated with comfortable seating. The service we received was wonderful, the lady who looked after us (so sorry we didn’t get your name!) could not have been more helpful, thank you. The food was outstanding! We had the hot mezze sharer to start and I had the lamb yoghurt dish for main. It was so satisfying! The lamb was cooked perfectly and seasoned very well. The portions were also plentiful and we will definitely be back again. So pleased to have this restaurant in town, would highly recommend to give it a try! I’ve added a picture of a one of the dishes we had which is the lamb shank, it deserved its own picture just for the size of it! 😉

Took my daughter and wife in last week, food was lovely but what ruined it was the presumed manager. He was rude to us, he was messy serving us and couldn’t understand what we were saying, I will say he is Turkish so I understand there could be a language barrier but surely you wouldn’t have someone taking orders who don’t understand. He was shouting at the two young girls in there who looked around 16/17 years old. One looked like she was going to cry. It ruined our whole experience. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. This behaviour is totally unacceptable especially when there are so many customers around. We shall not be coming back.

Food was amazing! Service was spot on! I'm so happy to have something that feels a little ( or alot) extra in town. Keep it up F&S Majestic, it's exactly what we need. I will definitely return and am very happy to recommend.

Beware, before travelling that u have to book they don’t allow walk ins, we where turned away on a Monday night, not even offered to come back later on in the evening etc

Food was very good. They had a few problems with getting food out in a timely way - but it is a big place and I think still settling into their routines. We'll definitely be going back. It is a lovely restaurant.

food was great but staff are actually so stupid. how do you forget that ur table hasn’t had their mains. please learn to train them before just throwing them into it with no knowledge. but then again it’s not hard to learn how to serve a table so….. lol,, hire better staff instead of these students who lie on their cv

We booked a table for 2 at F&S Majestic, upon arriving we were straight away aware that they did not know what they were doing and were chaotic... We were shown to a table that had not been set, we waited while they set the table and gave us the menu and then we were left for 15 mins until they came back and asked us if we were ready to order, we ordered our drinks and our meals. From entering the noise level was high and the waitress had trouble hearing our orders and she did not know what the items on the menu were and had to use her phone to show us what one starter actually was, but we got there in the end. We then waited another 30 mins and still no drinks, so we called her over as she passed asked once again for them. We then waited another 15 mins for our starters, Calamari and Turkish Spicy Sucuk, the warm 3 calamari rings were large, coated in breadcrumbs with a garnish of salad and Tarter sauce in a bowl, it was ok. The Turkish Spicy Sucuk was sliced cold sausage with a luke warm tomato sauce and salad garnish, it was disappointing at the very least. Another long wait for the mains to arrive, Lamb Musakka with rice and Seafood Casserole with rice and salad,. When the waitress asked who is the beef stew for I said I had ordered Lamb Musakka, oh then she said its lamb stew, in a small cast iron skillet and that’s exactly what it looked like. Pieces of lamb, chopped red peppers, burnt onions and tomatoes in an oily mess with a small dollop of mozzarella cheese on top. It was certainly not what I had expected having eaten Moussaka all over the world, including Turkey and Greece... I can only say the lamb cubes were tender but tasteless the rest was awful, the only saving thing was the extra side dish of chips which were hot, unlike my main course... The Seafood Casserole came in a small cast iron skillet this contained 2 large mussels, 2 small thin squid rings, 3 minute pieces of salmon and some small mussels in a thin luke warm tomato sauce, the cup of cold rice came on a side plate with no sigh of a salad, My husband tipped the rice in and there was more sauce than rice, and the salad never appeared, all very disappointing... We would have like another drink but could not get anyone attention so after waiting time we decided to give up get the bill and leave never to come back...

Food is great and well worth the money. Short on staff at lunchtime but only been open less than a week, we have to give them time to adjust.

8 of us went Sunday evening for a birthday meal and it was fantastic! Love the decor; very comfortable and a great atmosphere. The food didn’t disappoint either.. my chicken shish kebab was so tasty and others said the lamb was tender. You get plenty on your plate, plus additional bread and dips served while you wait. Staff were very welcoming and friendly too! Will definitely return. Highly recommend:)
